INTRO
It's very time consuming to draft my thoughts since I'm trying to recall things in detail.
The algorithm is changing starting from December 2025, powered by Grok AI.
My Experience on Gmail Accounts
Let's talk about accounts. We have ๐ bot accounts and ๐ human accounts. Back in my days, we used to farm Gmail accounts. We looked for aged Gmail accounts because those were better, and we farmed them using a specific tool to prove Google that it is a human account. The tool browsed Google website and watched YouTube by itself. The point is, if I were to mass create fresh Gmail accounts, the CAPTCHAs wouldn't be happy with me. You'd see slow, faded CAPTCHAs for about 3 to 5 pages because Google doesn't trust you yet.
But it works differently with your personal account. Sometimes Google randomly decides to reset accounts, and in that case, even your personal account will have trouble getting 1-click CAPTCHAs.
There were certain websites that had a splash page to queue users, and to pass this page you had to solve v3 CAPTCHAs in the background. This process is automatic and it's based on your Gmail v3 score. Having a Gmail account with a higher score lets you pass the splash page more frequently. Farming is when a tool generates human-like activity to get higher trust scores from Google. We used 100s of trusted high score Gmail accounts. Those were all farmed and tested. Pretty cool, huh? Each account had a different browser agent, residential proxies, and so on.
Unfortunately, those days are gone. It's dead. We moved on to other things.
Now Let's Talk About ๐
From my experience, ๐ throttles your account randomly. Some days you get good engagement, and other days you're left wondering what happened to the algorithm. And if you start acting like a bot with copy-pasta slop straight from the book, ๐ won't be happy. The algorithm will flag you as a bot, verified or not.I once received a reply under my post that was flagged as "SPAM". I manually checked the profile. It was a premium account that suddenly started posting copy pasted slop. An account that normally doesn't speak like that suddenly decided to speak book language.
When you constantly copy and paste from a portion of the book, the algorithm will mark you as spam. It sees you as a bot even though your account is Premium. This is why your slop content is not being pushed on the timeline. It has it's own scoring system.
Master ๐ Algorithm?
I'm not going to come out with a catchy title like "Master ๐ Algorithm!" There's no mastery in anything, in my opinion. You just get good at things over time. Things change, you adapt and keep learning. I'm learning too. You'll get exceptionally good at things, but "mastery" is just bait content creators use to lure you in.
The Pattern
When you keep posting you learn patterns of how ๐ works, it's different to everyone.
Few days ago, I made a post about Wireshark, and the moment this user (below) on ๐ liked one random Wireshark course, the algorithm then decided to show my posts on his timeline. I'm guessing he saw my Wireshark post and when he interacted with it, he ended up seeing my other posts.
๐.com
I had one Cybersecurity block course, liked one tweet about wireshark and now my feed is flooded with @justt_N posts
Not saying I'm complaining tho, they are pretty damn good posts
Might give Cybersecurity ecosystem a big shot of my time, it looks fascinating
Slop Accounts and Their Goal
I'm sure you have come across many certified slop accounts. You see them post roadmaps and command cheatsheets. Literally a bunch of grocery list on their images and it gets a ton of likes and retweets. From my understanding, I think all of them work together to boost engagement by teaming up with other ๐ accounts and liking each other's posts to push content on the timeline. It works because it is done by real users.
Their goal is monetization; they don't care about the slop content.
You'll see many accounts out there constantly posting similar infographics, roadmaps, cheatsheets, and so on, and it circulates among them. They have nothing valuable to provide to the community. These real users like each other's posts to push the algorithm, according to my understanding, because you can clearly see the pattern.
Account Algorithm Reset
I think at some point it just randomly resets. It's pretty weird. This is why I was talking about Gmail accounts earlier. Google randomly resets Gmail accounts and when they do, you sometimes come across multiple pages of faded CAPTCHAs because of that reset. At that point it doesn't matter what kind of account you have, either your personal or fresh account. Some accounts are immune to this, like those .edu Gmail accounts. You could say ๐ has equivalent types of accounts too. For those high level accounts, I'd say they're pretty much immune as well.
Some say the algorithm throttles you a bit if you post too much.
Multiple accounts that create high quality content have noticed their engagement completely tank.
Sometimes it's like a lottery. Your algorithm, tailored specifically to your account, will keep boosting you. Some say they experience different algorithm behavior, either positive or negative when they upgrade to ๐ Premium.
I hope this wasn't a boring read. Since I started being active on the platform, I thought maybe I should write about it. Hopefully it helps someone navigate ๐ a little better.
